Sake & Spice – A Weekend with Chris Salans.

Uluwatu’s Award winning Japanese restaurant, Sake no Hana has launched a brand new culinary and mixologist concept for 2020.

“A Weekend with…” brings together the most famous chefs and mixologists from the Island of the Gods for a weekend long collaboration with Sake no Hana’s kitchen and bar team. Elevating your dining and drinking experience at the jaw dropping cliff top destination to a new level of immersive dining.

For the first edition the extremely talented and respected Chris Salans of Mozaic and Spice by Chris Salans fame, alongside chief mixologist from Spice by Chris Salans, Bill Wirawan will be joining the team at Sake no Hana.

Chris Salans will create a selection of dishes highlighting his passion for Indonesian cuisine, coupled with cocktail pairing created by Sake no Hana’s award winning mixologist Harris, whilst Sake no Hana’s head chef Hendry will surprise you with delicious interpretations of Japanese cuisine accenting on spices whilst Bili Wirawan of Spice by Chris Salans, will add to the experience by pairing his bespoke crafting cocktails.

The full menu combined by both chefs with cocktail pairings can be enjoyed as a set menu or dishes may be ordered a la carte, allowing the guests to sample and enjoy at their own leisure.
