Mutter Tattwa

Now- October 1st | Museum Puri Lukisan

Ida Bagus Sena, originally from Tebasaya Ubud, is one of the few young Balinese artists who still hold tightly to traditional techniques. His talent was inherited from the greatness of his grandfather, Ida Bagus Made Kembeng – a painter whose work received a global appreciation at the Colonial exhibition in France in 1937. See Sena mould his agitation, anxiety, unity and thought towards various interpretations of Hindu ceremonies into a delicate painting dominated with earth colour at Ubud’s loveliest landmark, Museum Puri Lukisan.
