Samadi Bali presents an afternoon of mandala art therapy, hosted on the 26th of February.
Leading the workshop is Abdi, who will introduce a world of therapeutic techniques of painting and drawing, while guiding participants through basic interpretations of mandalas and how to use it as a tool of self – knowledge – encouraging inner connection, the strengthening of your personal relationship all by practicing focus and experimenting with colours and creativity. Mandala designs are found through a myriad of cultures, all through Hinduism, Christianity and indigenous tribes, ultimately translating into “sacred circle”.
