“Immerse yourself in Soulfire Festival Bali 2025. From the breathtaking landscapes of Bali to its most exclusive venues, experience a journey filled with music, adventure, and pure connection.”
That above is what it says on the packet, and the packet is the Soulfire Festival experience.
Soulfire will be having a mini clubbing experience tour on the island of Bali kicking off next week at Tabu in Uluwatu.
So what is Soulfire? They are Australian Colombian promoters, organising events in their home countries, and since two years ago, all around the planet. Soulfire is now a fully-fledged international touring festival, and this month they are in ASIA. Later this month they have a tour in Thailand, but first they will be right here in Bali.
Soulfire Festival is a little different than most. It focuses on delivering of a high-end experience for visitors from all over the world that sign up for a multi-day multi-faceted event. They accommodate their guests in fancy hotels, experience some local cultural excursions, spend the day in luxury spas and the lucky souls are escorted to the fanciest venues and events in town.
Some party events Soulfire organizes themselves, like next weekend as part of the Whisper to the Gods festival in Bali, one at Tabu and the other at Ulu Cliffhouse, and then they pop over for another show at the world famous Savaya joining one of their events. Local punters can also partake and join in the fun at any of those events, too.
Tickets are available at the door or online.
The Beat asked one of the organisers, Jason for some comments about the whole enterprise, starting with how long they have been doing Soulfire and where has it been held so far?
“We have been in Thailand twice and Mykonos during the last two years and a half, and also the home-grown events we do locally in Australia and Colombia”
I saw some big names artists on the events on the website (soulfiretour.com).
“Yes, we have some, but Soulfire is more than that. You will also see on the website what kind of experiences we offer to our guests, mixing activities about music, tourism and gastronomy. One of our main goals is about the experience, and we also create a curated music line that grants our guests great memories of the festival.”
You have a group of people that sign up and join the tour, but this event is also open to the public, too, correct?
“Yes, we sell a limited capacity of whole experience packages and also the tickets at the party venues for anyone who wants to come along. So, for now we have 150 guests that we will host for the whole week experience.”
It sounds like a lot of work but also a lot of fun. How many times have you held this style of tour?
“Haha yes it is a lot of logistics. We hosted 100 guests in Mykonos last time. It will be the second time in Thailand, and this is the first in Indonesia.”
Anything planned for later in the year?
“Yes, after Bali we are straight to Thailand and then we are going back to Mykonos for a Soulfire weekend in July. Then we will have a festival in Rio next January.”
You can catch the Soulfire shows at Tabu next Saturday 11 April and Ulu Cliffhouse 13 April. Check The Beat event pages for more info.
