The Rainforest Pavilion is throwing a “party with a purpose” this Friday, January 14, 2022, at the upstairs bar of the legendary Jenja Club, Seminyak, Bali. They are back ‘full-force’ this Friday night with the latest underground sounds in Bali’s premium nightclub from 10pm, and as we said, it is all for a great cause.
In collaboration with Trees 4 Trees, each ticket sold will plant two trees located in Java as part of the community re-forestry program. All trees planted are trackable through their interactive map via their website.
Headlining the event is the Rainforest Pavilion all stars and friends, with interactive visuals of earth and reforestation mapped by visual artist, Johny Grim. “Dance to Plant” will also feature an art exhibition by Hamka Art. His stunning pieces of black light art themed around conservation will be sold at the event with 10% of proceeds going to Rainforest Conservation. Hamka Art is a staunch supporter of the Borneo Orangutan Foundation.
Hosting the festivities, is the steadfast The Shady Family, known for their cutting-edge, sipping lounge concepts. They’ve established themselves as a leader in the cocktail industry with their first venue, The Shady Pig, and you can expect to hear more from them with their newly-opened clandestine cocktail parlour, The Shady Fox, as well as the upcoming The Shady Flamingo. More recently, they are making headlines with their Jenja Club takeovers, which they will be doing downstairs on the same Christmas Day night – more info on that soon.
