Miss Fish Bali unveils the next chapter of its signature seasonal experience with SEASONS: Spring 2026, taking place on Friday–Saturday, April 3–4, 2026. Inspired by the vibrant energy and festive colors of Colombia’s iconic Barranquilla Festival, the Spring edition celebrates bold flavors, carnival spirit, and immersive storytelling through gastronomy, music, and design.
SEASONS is Miss Fish’s signature multi-sensory dining experience, where each edition transforms the venue with a completely new theme.
Guests begin the evening with a curated tasting menu before the atmosphere evolves into the Miss Fish’s signature experience — dinner that turns into party.
For Spring 2026, the culinary program draws inspiration from Latin American ingredients and Caribbean influences, blending them with Miss Fish’s contemporary culinary style.
The experience begins with Caribañola with Antonius Caviar and Suero Costeño, a playful reinterpretation of a Colombian street classic, followed by a Poached Mutiara Lobster Cocktail with Patacón, pairing fresh seafood with tropical Caribbean flavors.
The journey continues with a Grilled Black Angus Inside Skirt Bao, before moving into a refined Temarizushi selection featuring Akami with mango and kizami wasabi, salmon norimaki, and shiromi with tom yum vinaigrette.
A refreshing Goldenberry and Gari Consommé cleanses the palate before the main course of Braised Australian Wagyu Short Ribs with Yuca Frita, combining rich wagyu with vibrant Colombian-inspired accents.
The finale brings a playful tropical note with Mango Biche Sorbet, followed by a decadent Shiro-Miso Chocolate Millefeuille.
The menu is accompanied by carefully curated beverage pairings including Golden Apertura, Ichigo Sakura, and Spice Carnival, each designed to enhance the flavors of the season and complement the festive spirit of the evening.
