Luna Beach Club opens this weekend

A very special beach club will be opening in Bali in the coming days. Yes, I know you have heard it all before, but take my word for it, this place is like wow, next level in grandeur and eco-sustainability.

Luna Beach Club, situated on Pantai Nyanyi in Tabanan, will be opening to the public this weekend. The new venue, which is part of Nuanu City, is not only creating a holistic new world of leisure and luxury for all guests, based on sustainability and thriveability, but also pumping out the classic Bali sunsets and tunes to boot. With famed DJ producer Dee Montero in charge of the music there is sure to be no-end of great times coming our collective ways.

Luna Beach Club was designed by Inspiral Architects and comprises of a number of interesting parts.

The main building, Elysium is made from bamboo, recycled wood, and compost panels and overlooks the Indian Ocean. The magical Luna Rising statue is a sight to behold, overlooking the entire project. This artistic masterpiece becomes a stage for DJs, dancers and live performers.

There is also a multigenerational sustainable playground Gardenia, and the Elysium Lounge, a unique and versatile space offering captivating views of the ocean.

As the day gives way to night, LUNA transforms into a pulsating haven, guests can embark on a sensory odyssey within the Utopia VIP Club, a clandestine day-to-night cave club or revel in the captivating light displays radiating from LUNA statue itself.

There is also Table 396, which is the ultimate dining experience at the beach club, with only 12 seats, the intimate dining space offers a truly unique culinary adventure.

The gelato bar, Jelly Beans is totally enclosed in a small cave which serves ice cream and cocktails day and night and if you are looking for a more casual beer try the more laid-back Luna Beer Garden. There are loads of local and imported beers in the Luna Beer Garden, “Near twenty taps”, according to the bar manager.

The beachfront pub will offer all those classic beach club vibes but, of course, feature the signature Luna Beach Club principles of sustainability and regeneration.

James Karl Ephraim, renowned for his creation of world-class F&B destinations in Indonesia, serves as the visionary leader at Luna Beach Club. As both project manager and owner, James guides a team of talented hospitality professionals, drawing upon his extensive experience and success at Mozaic Ubud and other fine establishments on the island.

Saturday night features Pippi Ciez, Dee Montero and DBRA from 4pm till late. See you there.
