Foster the People will be performing at Mrs Sippy Bali on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Known for hits like “Pumped Up Kicks” and “Sit Next to Me” and recently releasing their first studio album in seven years, Paradise State of Mind, they will be here promoting that album with a DJ format. This year they have been DJing their tracks more than ever and to great acclaim wherever they go. Their new album is more or less a bunch of dance electronic tracks, so the FTP DJ set makes a lot of sense. The full band will be back on tour in the States early next year, but for now they are touring Australia and Asia with this knocked down DJ version.
According to reports, their DJ set offers a unique twist to their usual indie-pop vibe and perfect for Mrs Sippy setting, a spot known for crazy high diving antics and lively electronic shows. Foster the People will be ably supported by US electronic duo, SOULCLAP.
