This stunning collection is meant to bring color to the home, with pieces ranging from cushion covers, seating cushions, tablet, laptop and yoga mat covers which are made of genuine African wax print fabric and shweshwe. Named after personalities, cities, traditional sayings or occasions, wax prints are not only decorative; they also constitute capital good for the Africans women and are part of a nonverbal way of communication. Meanwhile, shweshwe is also rather unique. Produced exclusively in South Africa, it is available in many different colors and used widely in traditional ceremonies in the rural areas. Find the collection at ODD, located on Jl. Raya Semat in Canggu.
