Surfing under Lights and Happy Hour Nightly at Finns Beach Club

With some of the world’s best breaks at its doorstep, there is little wonder why Bali remains a mecca for surfers. The island boasts a swag of surf spots for board riders of every ilk from the safe ’n’ easy sets along Seminyak Beach to the gnarlier swell further South.

Somewhere in the middle lies Berawa Beach. Popular with surfers of all ages, this break features some amazing left and right handers as well as the added bonus of being directly in front of one of Bali’s best beach clubs! Finns is all about embracing Bali’s surf culture and laid back lifestyle. So much so, they have installed a set of spotlights out front for night surfing!

For an uninterrupted view spanning from Jimbaran to the beach huts of Batu Bolong, settle in at Finns Beach Club for afternoon drinks. Once the sun sinks below the horizon, the spotties light up the break, giving die hard boarders the chance to chase waves well into the evening until 10pm. It’s an awesome show for those watching the ocean action from their day beds and with Finns Happy Hour from 7pm – 9pm nightly, there’s still time to grab a drink once you’re out of the water, with the promise of more action on the dance floor and a great night ahead!

Want to check the swell before you strap your board to the bike and head to the beach? Finns Beach Club website now has a surf forecast on their page to provide you with all of the information you need to know about the state of the breaks in Canggu – from tide times and height, to wind speed and water temps. Finns is also installing a surf cam for Berawa Beach to be linked to the web page giving surfers a live surf report and birds eye view of the action.

Bringing you the best of island life that Bali has to offer all day and into the evenings, from the beach to the bar, Finns is the place to be for waves, drinks, sunshine and good times. Check out what’s on as well as all of the up to the minute action in the waves at finnsbeachclub.com.
