Scholars of Sustenance, a non-profit Food Rescue Foundation was proud to bring awareness to the younger generation of Rotatarians on the pressing issue on food waste worldwide and Bali in particular. The event was hosted by Rotaract Nusa Dua to get adolescents involved in helping the environment by reducing food waste. Executive Chef from Hilton Garden Inn, one of SOS’s biggest supporters, joined Scholars of Sustenance team to talk about hotels participation in a Food Rescue program and the benefits of that partnership for the hotel. www.scholarsofsustenance.org
