Nyepi will be held on the 17th – 18th March this year, so have you figured out your plans yet? Nyepi is a day that commemorates the Balinese Hindu New Year and is celebrated with total silence, no lights and staying indoors. If you are on the island on these dates, it would be a good idea to plan ahead with a booking of a hotel or to stock up on supplies for your villa. Most resorts and hotels will cater for Nyepi with meals, activities, curated cultural recreational activities, but all subdued. It is mandatory to stay for two nights as Nyepi begins at dawn March 17 and ends at dawn on March 18. Whichever hotels suits your budget, we have got you covered with accommodation ranging from The One Legian (IDR 1.499.000++ 2 nights), Hotel Villa Lumbung (IDR 1.999.000++ 2 nights), Sol House (1.988.000++ 2 nights, 2 persons), Hard Rock Hotel (2,205.000++ 2 nights), W Hotel (IDR 5.500.000++ per night), The Laguna Nusa Dua (IDR 3,500,000++ per night) and The Mulia (IDR 5.400.00++ per night). Enjoy this special holiday on the Island of the Gods!
