Nyepi will be held on the 17th – 18th March this year, so have you figured out your plans yet? Nyepi is a day that commemorates the Balinese Hindu New Year and is celebrated with total silence, no lights and staying indoors. If you are on the island on these dates, it would be a good idea to plan ahead with a booking of a hotel or to stock up on supplies for your villa.
