Bali Charity Cup Is Committed To Kicking It For The Kids

For many of us, the opportunity to participate in sports is a given. Unfortunately, the same may not be so for children in less fortunate circumstances. The Junior Sports Academy is committed to providing as many children as possible with the opportunity to experience the fun, camaraderie, skills and necessary social development that comes with participation in team sports.

Join us on Sunday, April 7 on the Finns Recreation Club field for 9am kickoff to the Bali Charity Cup – 7-a-side Soccer Tournament aimed at raising funds for disadvantaged children to be able to participate in sport. Register your side of 7 to 10 players for IDR1,500,000 per team or, if you can’t field a team, sign up individually at just IDR150K and they’ll find you a side to play with! The Bali Charity Cup is in support of kids from the Jodie O’Shea House with 100% of funds raised going towards full term sponsorship of these children’s enrolment at the Junior Sports Academy.

Sports sponsorship with the JSA goes a long way in helping to provide space, equipment and coaches to teach kids who can’t otherwise afford any sort of sports training or reap the rewards of such a valuable skills and education program. The Junior Sports Academy has already witnessed awesome results from kids who have been fortunate enough to receive sponsorship and who have been participating in weekly training sessions!

Sign up to play, register your team or opt to sponsor the day in some way and you could be sponsoring a future sports star! Register online now at finnsrecclub.com or at Finns Recreation Club Reception. Please contact aisling@finnsrecclub.com if you’d like to register to become a sponsor.
