The Bali Arts Festival is a celebration of the island’s unique culture and Balinese identity. The annual event enters its 40th edition this year as it continues to showcase the very best of the thriving local art scene.
The festivities kick off on June 16 with a grand opening parade around the island’s capital district. But don’t worry if you aren’t able to make it that day, as performances will be held daily for a whole month until July 14.
Everything from art exhibitions, musical performances, handicrafts, modern and traditional theater make routine appearances here. The festival also celebrates delicious Balinese and Indonesian cuisine for all the foodies.
