Ikimura Steaks: Prime Wagyu Striploin

Chef: Topan

Looking for a great feed while venturing the fun and florescent streets of Kuta? Swing by Ikimura, a newly opened Japanese steakhouse on the iconic Kuta Beach strip!

Running the show is Chef Topan, who proudly served up a mean, keto keen dish; Prime Wagyu Striploin Steak (250k++). The dish was presented on a hotplate, with which they also provided a handy apron for you to rock in order to avoid the sizzle and splatter of this superbly grilled, well done, 200 grams of goodness. Great steaks are a hit and miss deal here in Bali, but we’ve got to say… this incredibly tender and juicy dish was adhering to the restaurant’s motto; “Quality meat, freshly cut”, Also accompanied with a bed of broccoli, bean sprouts, corn and a perfect touch of soy butter. Tender, tasty and definitely super value for money; we highly recommend this Ikimura dish! Thanks chef!
