Villa, the head Mixologist at WooBar, is back with another playful and inventive concoction. Inspiration behind the beverage comes from the eco-friendly trend—a clever play on single-use plastic cups. Eat Me Slowly, as the name implies, is a cocktail that’s designed to be eaten as you sip on it. The sweet mixture sees whisky paired with tropical flavors of maraschino, lychee juice, peach syrup, and lemon juice. It comes served in an edible jelly glass complete with icing sugar and a cherry on top. Light, fruity flavors make this an ideal beverage to enjoy poolside at W Bali – Seminyak’s famous Wet Deck.
