Their cocktails highlight the seasonal fresh fruits in Bali and accompany them with only the finest of liquor. One of their signatures is the Sippy Spritz (140k) and Barman Wayan recommends it because of its fresh, tangy and perfect balance of citrus and sweet. It consists of Belvedere vodka, home-made blood orange tonic, limoncello, pomelo & thyme and it’s safe to say it was as tasty and refreshing as expected!
