Barman: Brenton Banner
As the sun started to set upon Seminyak’s famed Kayu Aya street, we checked out the buzz around “Botanica” for this edition of the barman’s recommendation. From first impression, you’re welcomed into a nestled lush garden space with gorgeous teal tiles amongst island inspired interior, setting the true Seminyak laidback – luxe tone.
Representing the Botanica team was Cinta, who kindly kicked back with us and served the “Nanas Jalapeño Delight” cocktail, a new addition to their Garden Party menu (which offers a very friendly 50% off on a daily 4 – 7pm happy hour!). The “Nanas Jalapeño Delight” is priced at Rp. 110k and had playful and joyous flavors with its tequila base, homemade jalapeño syrup, coconut, pineapple and lime juice. This cocktail was created by Australian Executive Chef at Botanica – Brenton Banner who crafted these treats with thoughts of balance and tropical fruits that celebrate flavors of an endless summer! Try it out at their special Garden Party every day 4pm to 7pm.
