Hoi Polloi : Summer Solstice Cream Ale

Barman: Wayan
When you’re looking for something to cool you down, a freshly crafted brew sounds like a great idea. Get down to Hoi Polloi and beat the heat with their selection of crafted beers imported from Californian, Oregon and New Zealand boutique breweries. They also have local beers and other classics. One of their favorites recommended to us by barman Wayan, is the Summer Solstice Cream Ale (30k for Flight Pour, 90k for Standard Pour, 115k for Heavy Handed), served freshly from their one-of-a-kind wall-mounted beer tap. Brewed by Californian Anderson Valley, this unique, copper-colored ale is not your average drink. It is unconventional, smooth and lightly sweet, with hints of vanilla and citrus filling your nose and palate. Add its clean finish, this creamy ale is sure to be the ultimate refreshment on any hot summer’s day. Try a glass with one of Hoi Polloi’s tasty pizzas for a double whammy!
