For adventurous diners who are in a quest of something different, The Butcher’s Club’s Wu Tang Style (150k) is simply a treasure. Inspired by Asian flavors, this burger seems to have it all being stuffed with a juicy patty which is glazed with Thai Sriracha sauce for its deliciously savory flavor. The patty itself is special, created by mixing the 14-day dry-aged Australian rump, brisket and chuck. If that is not tempting enough, this burger is also given homemade kimchi tempura which adds more piquancy, while the sweet potato provides a fun crunch factor into this mouthwatering creation. Sandwiched between fluffy buns, the burger is finished with the smooth Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise which pulls everything together, resulting in a nice medley of Asian flavors.
