Sunday Lobster Brunch

With so many options available in Sanur, it might be confusing to decide where to dine on the weekend. Worry no more as we have a recommendation for you; the Sunday Lobster Brunch by Layang-Layang at Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali. As the name implies, the brunch features a unique lobster-centric à la carte menu and a wide selection dishes on the buffet, accompanied by live entertainment to serenade you while savoring your favorite seafood selection.

A must for those who enjoy the heady delights of quality dining in dazzling yet relaxed setting, this brunch features everything for everyone, from the various kinds of fresh salads, cheese assortment, to fresh oyster on ice, poached lobster and more. From their carving station, indulge in the delish of their smoky grills like the Grilled Lobsters, Skewers Jumbo Prawns and Lamb Medallion. Pair it with their succulent Fried Rice and Wok Stir Fired Vegetables, and add some more protein with their Oven-Baked Whole Fish Wrapped in Banana Leaf, Barramundi Sandwich and Smoked Salmon. If the buffet is not enough, guests can also order from their à la carte menu which includes their specialty Lobster Eggs Benedict, Seafood Omelette, Lobster Laksa, Pan Seared Lobster, Beef Wellington and more. As brunch should be ended with something sweet, the culinary team has also prepared some sweet treats to conclude the brunching experience here, with options like Tiramisu, Crème Brulee, Fruit Tartlet, Coconut mousse, Fruit Macedonia and more.

The brunch is priced at 490k++ per person for food only. Children under five years old eat free, whereas children aged six to 12 pay half. There are also beverage packages available at additional charge per person, with prices starting from 150k++.
