Featuring fresh seafood and contemporary selections of international dishes, the brunch is bound to spoil the most discerning gourmet lovers. Starting with a wide variety of appetizers which includes their favorites like Thai Beef Salad, Caprese, Premium Smoked Salmon, Pomelo Salad with King Crab and Prawns, and Gambas. The brunch then continues with one main from their menu, with the options including Royal Egg Benedict Lobster Omelette, Sea Bass Salmon and Pork Ribs Spring Chicken. While waiting for the main to get served, guests might also explore the Pasta Station and Carving Station for more options, as well as the Salad Bar to get some greens on your plate. Putting a cherry on the top of this feast, a selection of popular desserts is meant not to be missed.
