The brunch serves a menu where Pan-Asian flavors meet Western methods, from chef-curated tasting menus, sizzling seafood dishes and regionally-inspired à la carte sharing plates. The staple items include sushi and sashimi, roasted meat and an assortment of seafood, as well as a taste of the traditional Balinese suckling pig.
