Sunday Brunch At The Slow

Just a few foot steps away from Batu Bolong Beach, The Slow, is one of the most gorgeous tropical themed spots in Canggu delivering a contemporary designed boutique hotel, all-day dining, drinks, and art space. The Slow Sunday Brunch invites guests to delve into the vibrant mix of flavours and aromas as the food carts circulate featuring tastes from Europe, South America and Asia.
The charming light of the airy restaurant, adorned with a beautiful highline of botanical chandeliers is what greeted us upon our arrival to the restaurant. We were offered a special Sunday Brunch ala carte menu that included a selection of fruity dishes and snacks to open the brunch like chia bowl, burrata, black beer mac cheese balls, tokyo hummus, and ceviche. Moving onto the heavier dishes, they offer a variety of seasonal dishes, savory bowls, and charred delights like the Korean fried broccoli, burnt cauliflower, warm kale, pad thai, ahi poki, egg royal, sate and pide. For the side dishes, you can choose between rainbow tubers, shan-tofu, and french friez. To close our meal, there were five choices of sweet treats offered including jackfruit crepe, lime meringue pie, cheese cake, classic ice cream cone and, creme brule. Within the highlights of this trip, we were also offered some of their inventive drink selections featuring specialty batch spirits, extractions, and tonics.

The price of the Sunday Brunch at The Slow depends on the selection of food that you choose from the ala carte menu. The food items range between IDR 50K++ to IDR 130K++. The Slow Sunday Brunch could be your next best choice on a Sunday culinary outing. Give it a try.
