Sprout is a holistic restaurant fixated on fresh, nutritious food and the well-being of our planet, planted a corner away from the famous Canggu short cut on Jalan Raya Semat. Their approach towards food is simple, keeping it fresh and wholesome whilst using their fusion ideas to keep it interesting. Some must-try breakfast creations include the homemade superfood granola with passion fruit pulp and their air dried chorizo, black bean and dukkah poached eggs, which we paired with the grazing board and a delicious quinoa burger. Their produce comes from their organic veggie patch which is used to educate the young minds at The Garden Early Learning Centre on the natural ways of farming and harvesting, later used in Sprout’s kitchen and served fresh to your plate. All the organic waste material is taken to the on-site educational composting area and converted into nutrient rich compost, whilst the plastic, glass, metal and paper is sorted, collected, and recycled by the Eco-Bali team! From mother nature to skilled hands in the kitchen to you, Sprout is here to nourish both big and little sprouts. Jln Raya Semat 18A, open 7am – 6pm daily.
