Saffron Gastro Fusion

Saffron is a smart dining gastro fusion terrace restaurant perched atop a hill with fantastic sunset views over the ocean. Frequented by both tourists and expats, this is a hidden gem of the Bukit. Are you showing someone around Bali? Show them the Bali they’ve heard so much about. Saffron is a good place to start. It’s a marriage of casual and fancy. Their food is straightforward, but excellent. They specialize in crafting gourmet specialties from an international selection of the best dishes the culinary world has to offer.

You can’t go wrong with any meal, but if we had to play favorites, their fish offerings, seafood paella and lobster raviolli are all phenomenal.
The terrace offers a nice breeze and oh, did we mention the picture-perfect sunsets?

The interior design of Saffron is like their menu, very eclectic and tells a lot of stories.

Sit back, huddle into the pillows and enjoy a glass of wine and Saffrons’ curated menu of delicacies made from the scratch. They are prepared from locally sourced, fresh ingredients.

They bake their own breads, roll their own pasta and cure their own cheeses in-house.

Saffron’s philosophy is to share happiness through food. We can guarantee that every bite of their well thought out offerings you take, will make your belly very, very happy.
