Sacred Ground | Chicken Parma

For those who love good food and a culinary adventure, you need to take a look at The Sacred Ground Restaurant located on Jalan Double Six, Seminyak. We dropped recently and the chef suggested that we try one of their bestselling items, the Chicken Parma (110K). A piece of chicken breast, breadcrumbed and fried, smothered with a juicy tomato base, a slice of ham, topped with Mozzarella cheese and baked into a tasty Chicken Parmesan. The balanced seasoning gives a savioury taste to the chicken, and a rich tasting experience in all. A small salad was served alongside, containing Chinese cabbage, red onion, chili, parsley and sliced cucumber covered in a lime dressing making this salad a fresh companion for this solid dish. To make it all complete, the chicken parmesan sits on a bed of crispy rosemary fries. If you are looking for a tasty chicken dish, look no further! This Chicken Parma comes well recommended.
