No matter how sunny or gloomy the day gets, there is really never a bad time to sip on Taco Local’s Sandia Fresca (Rp70k). Employing fresh watermelon sorbet, it is jazzed up with the right amount of tequila, making it taste more or less like a watermelon margarita. The tequila, however, ends up not being the frontrunner in this concoction, but creating a perfect balance that retains the fruity, tropical goodness. As it is not too boozy yet very refreshing, this slushy cocktail will surely be a treat anytime on your Bali vacation.
