One Eyed Jack

Modern Japanese Izakaya cuisine at One Eyed Jack, a chop stick throw-away from Berawa beach, brings an elegant and sophisticated dining venue to the hip(ster) Canggu.

Contemporary Izakayas are a Japanese version of a gastro pub, where share plates of delectable concoctions meet a relaxed atmosphere.

One Eyed Jack has another ace up their sleeve as their chef is a veteran of the mega famous NOBU Malibu, CA and NYC, NY restaurants.

They just rolled out a few new exciting menu additions, so there is no better time to go test-taste than now. Do not leave Bali without trying their Shrimp Tsukune Sliders and a line up of hefty Rice Bowls with various meat + veggie toppings. Our taste buds were very impressed with the Mushroom and the Flaked Salmon Rice Bowls.

One Eyed Jack’s sashimi also tastes phenomenal, our go to is the Red Snapper Sweet Shiso – next level gastronomic experience. We also never skip on their cute and equally flavorsome Mini Tacos and an absolute must try is the Black Cod Miso. No dinner is complete without a dessert and the Chocolate Molten cake packs a big punch with the gooey center oozing out of the soft and moist shell – we promise it will make your taste buds sing.

Do not forget they also have fantastic daily promos – 2-for-1 Cocktail Specials from 5-7pm and Kids Eat Free with dining parents. If that is not a steal, than we don’t know what is.
