My Warung

Don’t let the unassuming name fool you. My Warung is already a word-of mouth hit around Canggu, serving up top-notch steaks & cool cocktails.
On the surface, My Warung could be mistaken for just another standard café that’s popped up out of the rice fields. What sets it apart though, is the attention to detail, fantastic quality of everything they serve, and also the superb value.

My Warung embraces the concept of ‘Wabi Sabi’, the Japanese art of appreciating beauty in a naturally imperfect world. The result is a quirky, contemporary space for late breakfasts, brunches, lunches and dinner in a comfy bistro style eatery with an al-fresco patio area that spills onto the road. The ambience here is one of rustic hominess, all earthy tones, distressed wooden surface pre-owned furniture & eclectic artworks adorning the walls.

The menu at My Warung is all about Western style comfort food with a few cheeky Indonesian twists like the pork or chicken satay & the ubiquitous Nasi Goreng. Top of the bill is the fantasic My Warung L’entrecote steaks (150k++), so after a warm up starter of a Chick Medewi and Healthy Goodies Salad (both 60k++) my friend and I tuck into the tender beef sliced on the boards with rustic fries & walnut green salad.
Helping to wash it down are a couple of the My Warung classic cocktails, namely a Whisky Sour and a Mojito (both 100k++). To wrap things up, a slice of the Tiramisu goes down a treat.
For the cocktail lovers, check out the two-for-one Sangria promo between 5-7 pm, and for the late session, the bartender will rustle up a few favorite picks between 9-11 pm.
