Neighbourhood Brunch – Hotel Indigo Bali

The culinary scene in Seminyak is getting more vibrant every day as Hotel Indigo Bali has just launched their new Sunday brunch concept, the Neighbourhood Brunch. Inspired by the resort’s lively neighborhood, the Sunday brunch allows you to sample the distinctive tastes of the world in one day, showcasing an abundance of delicious fares which is served across the resort’s dining outlets – Makase, Pottery Café, Salon Bali and Tree Bar. Enjoy your unique Sunday brunch experience here, with an acoustic performance entertaining you throughout your culinary journey.

Kicking off the brunch experience, Makase presents a melting pot of flavors from Seminyak where guests are greeted with an open kitchen concept, featuring live stations that serve steamed buns, bahn mi, dim sum, pasta and pizza, as well as buffet spreads of local favorites like fried rice, fried noodle, satay and much more. The brunch continues to the realm of Balinese delights at Salon Bali where guests get tantalized by Bali’s renowned suckling pig, as well as the fresh grilled seafood, served with the choice of sauces and condiments. Concluding the journey is a sweet selection of desserts at Pottery Café, serving signature options like 100% Balinese Chocolate Gateau, Manggo Pudding and the renowned Cobana croissant. That’s not to mention the homebrewed coffee and tea to pair the sweet treats.


The brunch is priced at 495k++ per person, including free-flow non-alcoholic beverages, kid’s activities and pool access. Children under 12 years old pay half, whereas children aged three and under eat free. A selection of locally-crafted beers, fine wines, champagnes and signature cocktails are also available for an additional top-up.
