Luna Roof Bar Welcomes New Teppanyaki Chef

Luna Roof Bar in L Hotel Seminyak has just appointed Chef Alit Manuaba as the new chef at Kitano Teppanyaki. Chef Alit, who was born and raised in Bali, has always been fascinated by the culinary arts which has defined his career in Japanese cuisine since 2009. With seven years’ experience in the restaurant industry, he brings expertise in Japanese cuisine. Luna Roof Bar also introduced some new menu offerings. The offerings include four new items such as Ika Tama, Pork Loin, Dorayaki Ice Cream and Banana Flambé, as well as four types of set menu. Each set menu is for two persons, with prices ranging from 180k to 280k per package. For reservation, email fb@thelhotels.com.
