Ling-Ling’s Eatery & Bar has now opened to the public with a fresh palette of fabulous Asian tastes. Dressed in anime, Ling-Ling’s gets its name from Ms Ling-Ling, a cheeky half Korean/Chinese girl who has collected recipes around the fashionable capitals of Asia. Located in Petitenget, just next to The Beat office, this new dining establishment is armed with an arsenal of fruity cocktail sensations and yakitori combinations intended for sharing, as well as a menu designed by Sydney’s own Chinese sensation, fresh from The Establishment, Mark Gao. Ling-Ling’s has also paired up with The PNNY Collective, and their resident DJs will be spinning every Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays.
