La Dolce Vita Sunday Brunch At Filini Restaurant, Radisson Blu Uluwatu

This Sunday’s culinary adventure brings us to explore the realm of the authentic Italian restaurant Filini, located inside the new resort, Radisson Blu Uluwatu. Escaping the busy downtown area, we are welcomed with the quiet atmosphere of the Uluwatu cliff area in the midst of a charming modern designed resort. On the first Sunday of every month, they offers an extravagant all you can eat brunch, offering a festive selection of Italian delicacies, including favorites like pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven and a creative pasta menu.

Starting the brunch experience, Filini presented us with various live stations along with an open kitchen and an wonderful live music performance. Terrific tastes on offer served at the salad station include a colourful selection of fresh salads and starters, a host of Italian cheeses and a selection of premium cured meats. For the main course you can choose any of Filini’s Italian creations, whether you’re in the mood for the pizza station serving homemade pizza, pastas set in front of the open kitchen or grilled station serving flaming BBQ grilled goodies located near the outdoor pool. For the final act, cap off your feast with a sweet treat from the dessert counter with plenty of Italian-inspired bombs such as meringue, tiramisu and delightful chocolates. Not to forget a limited free flow of Sangria offered to guests who come early for the brunch.

The Sunday brunch package at Filini Restaurant costs IDR 399K++/pax for adults, and free for children under 12 years old. The free flow Sangria is included in the price, so don’t miss this truly fantastic experience of Italian flavors, great service and sophisticated decor.
