Ice Lab Bali

There is gelato and then there is Ice Lab Gelato. Created by French gourmets and Ice Cream lovers, Ice Lab churns out premium gelato in their state of the art ice cream laboratory. The incredible density of their icy offerings captures perfectly the authentic tastes of every flavor and creates the unique “Ice Lab” experience.

All their ice creams and sorbets are made in house from scratch daily in the Pantai Kuta’s laboratory. Ice Lab creates gelato with fresh milk, fresh cream and premium ingredients like vanilla and chocolate.

Flavors range from addicting classics like chocolate and vanilla to light raspberry sorbet and they all taste like they were churned a couple seconds before you showed up. Every flavor at Ice Lab delivers. You can go all out here and order the gelato solo, indulge and have it with one of their golden brown waffles or drink it in an extravagantly rich milkshakes.

Once in your mouth, Ice Lab gelato reveals its authenticity. It’s the best frozen thing you can find in B-town. Get it all scooped on their homemade cones and remember: there is no wrong choice here, unless you don’t order the all natural raspberry sorbet. Perfectly creamy, but also light.

Also, vegans of Bali rejoice! Ice Lab serves up a variety of 100% dairy free gelatos, smoothies and milkshakes too! They’re so good in fact you can also get them at a variety of popular Bali beach clubs and restos, like Finn’s VIP, Mexicola or Tropicola!
