In this edition of Chef’s Recommendation, we kick it back, poolside at Petitenget’s bright and lively Tiigo – a restaurant by Montigo Resorts.
With 24 hour service, public pool access and an exquisite selection of dishes that ranges from Continental comfort to Asian specialties and fresh seafood dishes, we were excited to see what was in store for us! Running the show is Chef Alit, who presented Tiigo’s best-selling “Grilled Surf & Turf” burger priced at 206k. This mouth-watering dish consists of fresh BBQ shrimps, a medium-well grilled Australian beef patty, caramelized onions, sunny side egg, homemade secret seasoning sauce and the usual condiment veg — all generously stacked on a fluffy brioche sesame bun. This juicy poolside treat was served with a side of hot chips and a green balsamic vinaigrette salad. All in all, the nautical themed Tiigo makes for an awesome family friendly, food destination and the Grilled Surf & Turf is an awesome excuse to get down there soon, too!
