Just recently opened at Hotel Indigo Bali is Salon Bali, their signature Indonesian, indoor and outdoor restaurant. Salon Bali and the hotel’s Executive Chef Nick Phillips welcome guests with an excellent range of a la carte Indonesian dishes and set menus. The elegantly designed space offers menus that are perfect for the uninitiated or well versed Indonesian foodie, with a number of interesting twists from the executive chef that keeps it all rather playful, but delicious. The dishes are all made from local produce and the best quality that can be found in the local markets. We tried one of Salon Bali’s set menus last week; a four course menu, which was accompanied with a cocktail pairing of tasty, local influenced drinks for each course from their mixologist, Sufian. The price is very reasonable too with the four course menu at Rp 450k ++ and with drinks Rp 700k ++ and the four courses are well and truly filling enough. Salon Bali is right next to their main restaurant, near the beach and has the same chic styling of the rest of the modern-Indonesian styled Hotel Indigo Bali.

Welcome Salon Bali
