Ubud Chefs’ Collaborative Charity Lunch Returns to CasCades

Continuing on from last year’s great success, CasCades Restaurant at Viceroy Bali will again host Ubud Chefs’ Collaborative Charity Lunch on October 9. The event is supported by eight award-winning chefs who are based in Ubud, providing one course each at this degustation lunch. Embracing the concept of ‘Food for Thought – Conscious Community Action through Culinary Collaboration’, the event itself will raise funds to assist non-profit, Ubud-based initiative that is decided collectively by the participating chefs. Commencing from 12pm, the event will start with mouth-watering canapés. Completing the remarkable eight courses, the event will also present special wines.
