Tropicola is a brand-new beach club on one of Seminyak’s prime beaches, housing a funky vibe perfect for your daily or evening hang out. Sitting on 7000 square-metres of prime beachfront and home to two huge pools, three bars and a heap of space to sunbathe with your favourite cocktail in hand, it’s safe to say Tropicola is a tropical paradise. In terms of food, the open wood-fire kitchen dishes out an array of sizzling shellfish, wood fired fish & vegetables, grilled steaks and daily market specials fresher than a daisy on a summer’s morning. Steve Skelly, the chef behind the food at Da Maria, Mexicola and Luigi’s Hot Pizza, is in control of the menu and you can bet bottom dollar that the food is as exquisite as all of his previous offerings.
