In terms of food, the open wood-fire kitchen dishes out an array of sizzling shellfish, wood fired fish & vegetables, grilled steaks and daily market specials fresher than a daisy on a summer’s morning. Steve Skelly, the chef behind the food at Da Maria, Mexicola and Luigi’s Hot Pizza, is in control of the menu and you can bet bottom dollar that the food is as exquisite as all of his previous offerings.
