The Finns family have recently introduced an exciting new restaurant to their VIP beach club, called St. Tropez. Armed with an arsenal of international talent, St Tropez has united three of the island’s top chefs, creating a union of amazing techniques, flavours and refreshing ideas for the French/Italian restaurant. Heading the helm of this new operation is Parisian, Tom Gouillard, who was comfortably running kitchens at five-star hotels and intimate, fine dining establishments as well as honing his skills in high-end catering with a stint at Paris’ most renowned ballroom, Salon Opera. Island local, I Wayan Sudiarsana and Australian, Damien Ruggiero complete the talented trio at St Tropez where sumptuous culinary mastery reflects years of commitment to their respected craft. Prepare for a sensory overload of delicious Italian and French summer cuisine with what very well could be one of the best restaurants in the district!
