Since their opening in April 2016, Roca have been luckily enough to have gone from strength to strength for the last two years. This year’s investment has taken them to the next level, with the restaurant’s new look and revised menu kicking off on Wednesday May 2nd, introducing a newly styled dining room, more greenery and beautiful artwork. The menu has been taken care of by Belgian Executive Chef Manuel Effendi, who has ensured diners will have everything they will ever need, from breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner to late-night snacks. Speaking of late night, Roca has also unveiled their plan to open 24 hours a day for all of those people in Sanur that might be feeling peckish in the early mornings/late nights. The restaurant has been revamped in every sense of he word, now showcasing a tropical vibe juxtaposed by iconic modern sculptures by world-renown artist Pintor Sirait. It makes for the perfect Instagram shot!
