Starting off 2020 with a fresh, healthy new menu launch – Seminyak’s Pan-Asian restaurant Starfish Bloo goes almost fully plant based! From 12pm – 3pm guests can order a range of delicious plant-based meals as well as sushi, nigiri and even more super clean eating from The Greens & More menu. Getting on board with the huge rise of plant-based foods in the global F&B and dining scene, to help move away from animal products all together. The new signature dishes are the Teriyaki Buddha Poke, Asian Kale Salad Bowl, Cilantro Lime Quinoa Poke and Bedugul Roots Slaw. The Sushi and nigiri selections contain fish and they have created a merge between a burrito called the “sushiritto” with choices of Salmon Avocado and Sambal Tuna. The launch is in line with the hotels commitment to sustainability, supporting and building relationships with local farmers and fishermen.
