The space itself is astounding, from the traditional Balinese craftmanship, the slick, modern styling of the furniture, to the outdoor lounge and grand pool areas. In terms of the food, Executive Chef Stefan Poyet and Corporate Culinary Maverick Philip Mimbimi have crafted a menu that focuses on delicious comfort food, with plenty on the health-conscious side too. It’s a total gastronomic experience, fusing east and west palates. Designed to be shared, their menu features grilled meats, seafood, sushi, homemade pasta and pizzas as well Balinese inspired favorites. Some of the highlights include the Sugar Daddy Cheeseburger, with truffle mushrooms & crispy Spanish onions, the Grilled Avocado Grain Salad Power Bowl with charcoal sesame dressing, tofu and corn and the Balinese coconut wood grilled pork ribs.
