The popular vegan-haven in Seminyak has recently launched their dinner and cocktail menu. It showcases and solidifies their goal of showing people just how good plant-based food can taste. The food menu is made of up of classic dishes from all around the world, but with a plant-based twist. Think “fish & chips” made from banana blossom, “Korean kim chi chicken burgers” made from spiced soy, “Tahitian ceviche” made from oyster mushrooms and “crispy buffalo wings” made from roasted cauliflower. The fun doesn’t stop there though, their vibrant cocktail list, served with the signature over-the-top garnishing is proving to be a hit with the crowds and makes for a perfect lil insta photoshoot. Try out their new menu at their newly refurbished Seminyak location every night from 6 – 10pm.
