Jackson Lily’s

A new and exciting addition to the Bali dining scene, Jackson Lily’s is Ginger Moons bolder and much cheekier older brother. Boasting an excellent Asian home cooking style that has been pushed into a thrilling direction. The restaurant itself is a vast, cathedral-like space that is dedicated to cuisine; in which to entertain, and to be entertained by fresh flavors and captivating artful presentations. The chef behind it all is New Zealander/Australian Dean Keddell, late of the Ritz Carlton Bali, his distinctive cuisine which can be best described as “Asian Innovation” – creative and exciting. His vision for Jackson Lily’s will follow the same style but will encompass a lot more of the flavors he found whilst on his travels, working in diverse, far flung locations. Located on Jalan Raya Seminyak No.2, open from 11am – 11pm 6 days a week (closed on Tuesdays).
