Ibiza in Bali

The turquoise waters of the Jimbaran Bay have recently seen the opening of a new intimate beach club delivering great food, drinks and music. Ibiza in Bali, as the name suggests, boasts a refreshingly different style of beach club, overlooking the bay, fishing boats and stunning cliffside views. Chef Ruben Orti from Barcelona has created a menu highlighting the incredible flavours of Spanish cuisine, featuring everything from Croquetas, Gazpacho, Ceviche, Paella Arroz Negro or seafood Aroyo, as well as classic beach club food such as sandwiches, burgers and much more. In classic Spanish style, they are planning to open early and close late, meaning elongated lunches, tapas for sunset, late dinners and Balearic beats on the deck when night falls.
