Seminyak’s Sunday brunch game is pretty strong but wait till you try the W Hotels Fire restaurant. The brunch itself features diverse treasures spanning from western specialities, live counters, a seafood bar to premium alcoholic beverages, all accompanied by live acoustic music. Delve into the vibrant mix of flavours and aromas as the food carts circulate featuring tastes from the West to the East. As for the main attraction, there is nothing like the smell of the charcoal grill, fired up in the al fresco area cooking up Argentinian meats like the lamb merguez, pork ribs, chicken wings, sausages and more. Not to mention the Mexican tacorilla, the curry corner, soup corner, raw foods, salads to the Raclette cheese where guests can choose ingredients and have the cheese melted on top. It’s feasting time every Sunday from 12:00pm – 3:30pm at a cost of IDR 550K++ per person, or IDR 1,165K++ with free flow wine, beer, juices and smoothies.
