For wine lovers on the Island, W Hotel’s Fire has something special cooked up for you. Isabel Mitarakis Guilisasti, a renown agronomist from the Universidad Católica de Chile, specialising in oenology (the study of wine) will host a 6 course wine dinner with the finest Chilean Cabernet Sauvignons, which are Vintage 2012 – 91 points, Vintage 2011 – 94 points, Vintage 2009 – 91 points, Vintage 2006 – 95 points. All wines were rated by Robert M. Parker Jr. leading U.S. wine critic with an international influence. The wines will be paired with palatable dishes prepared by W’s Fire Contemporary Grill Restaurant’s Chefs, such as Tea Smoked Salmon, Roasted Foie Gras Udon, Duo of Australian Lamb, Pineapple & Yuzu Mousse, Stockyard Wagyu 9+ and assorted AOC Chesses.
