The recently conceived Ninetyone Restaurant in Canggu is welcoming guests for dinner with a fresh new concept revolving around Eastern spices and bangin’ cocktails. In terms of the food, Ninetyone use modern cooking techniques combined with Middle Eastern spices and flavours to give you that mind-blowing, taste-bud poppin’ feeling. Featuring plant-based dishes like the Burnt Aubergines, chargrilled artichokes, peppers, chimichurru and tofu feta along with the honey roasted baby carrots with Lebanese spices to name a few.
