A classy but small Indonesian restaurant called Dialog has recently opened on the backstreets of Jalan Oberoi. Dialog offers seasonal and creative twists of popular Indonesian dishes that will have you coming back for more. The restaurant itself has a stylish yet casual atmosphere and encompasses reasonably priced meals that won’t break your budget. Running the kitchen is a young Balinese chef by the name of Echo, and with his team, has enhanced dishes like the “Nasi Besek” and “Rendang” and given them international twists. Open from 12 am to 11 pm, this spot has a lot of potential but keep in mind there isn’t much parking.
